Nigerian Afrobeats icon, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2baba, and his beloved wife, Annie Idibia, joyously celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary, marking a significant milestone in their marital journey.

On Thursday, February 15, 2024, the mother of two took to her Instagram page to share a lighthearted glimpse of her husband in honour of their special day.

Addressing her fans and followers, Annie revealed that 12 years ago, on February 14, the renowned African Queen artist exchanged vows with her, making Valentine’s Day their cherished “ANNIEversary.” Reflecting on their journey together, she expressed that since that memorable day, each day of their union has been filled with love and joy.

Annie candidly acknowledged the occasional disagreements they encounter in their relationship, highlighting her own stubbornness, but expressed appreciation for her husband’s unwavering love amidst such moments. She humorously admitted to sometimes intentionally instigating arguments, emphasizing the depth of their affection and understanding.

In her post, she wrote, “Ok so guys …12 yrs ago on February 14.. this “BEAUTIFUL Man asked me to do forever with him. So Valentine’s day is always our ANNIEversary. “A guy even though we had a lil disagreement yesterday … And I know I’m really stubborn with all my extras.. but still on still I love how you still LOVE me even when we are fighting.. sometimes I just miss fighting with you n will just spark something up intentionally. “Oya take kiss naaaa.”
