Bishop Kayode Williams, Director General of the Prison Rehabilitation Mission, has revealed why crossdresser Bobrisky was isolated from other inmates.

In an interview on Arise TV, Williams explained that Bobrisky was placed in protective custody due to concerns for his safety.

According to Williams, the prison has different sections for various categories of inmates, including those on death row and convicted prisoners.

However, Bobrisky’s unique situation required special consideration.

“Given his appearance and demeanor, it was deemed necessary to provide him with a separate accommodation to ensure his safety,” Williams said. “If he were to share a cell with other male inmates, his well-being would be at risk due to potential conflicts with unrepentant homosexuals in custody.”

Williams emphasized that the decision was made to protect Bobrisky from potential harm, adding that his feminine appearance and behavior could provoke extreme reactions from some inmates.
