Jigawa State Commissioner of Special Duties, Auwal Danladi Sankara, has vehemently denied allegations of engaging in an illicit affair with a married woman.

The controversy surrounds an announcement by the Kano Hisbah Command claiming Sankara’s arrest in an uncompleted building under suspicious circumstances.

Sankara strongly dismissed the allegations as “entirely false, baseless, and malicious,” emphasizing they aim to tarnish his reputation. He reaffirmed his commitment to upholding the values and principles of marriage, stating:

“I urge the public to disregard this fabricated story. As a married man, I hold marriage in high esteem and would never engage in actions violating its sanctity.”

Sankara has pledged to take legal action against those spreading false information, maintaining his innocence and vowing to pursue justice.

The Kano Hisbah Command’s announcement sparked widespread attention, but Sankara’s swift denial aims to set the record straight. The situation remains under scrutiny, with many awaiting further developments.
