Lagos Attorney General, Lawal Pedro (SAN), revealed that the toxicology report and forensic analysis for late singer Mohbad are out. The autopsy report is with the Lagos State Pathologist and coroner magistrate. Pedro attributed delays to investigation time, ensuring a thorough case for conviction.

Regarding the Otike-Odibi murder case, Pedro cited document loss during #EndSARS protests as the cause of delay. A new judge has been assigned.

To prevent future delays, Pedro proposes a bill limiting court cases to 18-24 months and tenancy disputes to 3-6 months. This aims to protect landlords and tenants.

For criminal cases, Pedro claims delays in DPP legal advice and prosecution have been addressed through the Lagos State Criminal Information System.
