Effective November 1, 2024, Air Peace has increased its one-way flight ticket price from Lagos to Abuja to N200,000.
This significant hike has led many Nigerians to opt for road transport instead.
Air Peace’s new price surpasses that of its competitors, with Aero charging between N94,000 to N109,000, Arik Air from N104,405 to N139,292, and Ibom Air ranging from N124,000 to N133,000.
The soaring airfares have resulted in passengers being stranded at airports, forcing them to abandon flights and resort to bus travel.
This development has caused inconvenience and disruption to travel plans.
