American rapper 50 Cent has disclosed that he rejected a lucrative $3 million offer to perform at Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden in New York.

In an interview on “The Breakfast Club,” 50 Cent explained that he declined the offer due to his fear of politics and its potentially divisive nature. “I’m afraid of politics,” he stated. “When you get involved, no matter how you feel, someone passionately disagrees with you.”

The rapper also revealed that he was previously asked to perform his song “Many Men” at the Republican National Convention for a similar sum, but he turned down that offer as well.

Despite previously expressing admiration for Trump, citing shared experiences with the justice system, 50 Cent has now opted to distance himself from politics.

“I didn’t even go far… I didn’t talk to them about that kind of stuff,” he emphasized, underscoring his reluctance to engage with politics.
