VeryDarkMan has accused Ubi Franklin, the manager of singer Davido’s wife, Chioma, of involvement in an alleged scam.

In a video shared on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan claimed that Franklin failed to fulfill a business agreement with a man, using Chioma’s name to secure the deal. He alleged that Franklin collected ₦10 million from the man in June 2024 but did not deliver on the agreement.

To substantiate his claims, VeryDarkMan played audio recordings of Franklin’s conversations with the man and issued a 72-hour ultimatum for repayment. He also noted that he had previously reported similar allegations against Franklin, accusing him of exploiting Davido’s name for fraudulent activities.

Addressing the incident, VeryDarkMan wrote:
“@Davido, I don’t understand how Ubi Franklin, a manager under 30BG, is out here scamming people. I’ve reported this to you before. Anyways, Ubi Franklin, you have till Tuesday to pay up.”
