Good, known for her role in Think Like a Man, and Majors, celebrated for Lovecraft Country, delighted attendees with the announcement, just days after Good’s team dismissed claims of a split.

Majors, who has starred in Creed III and Ant-Man and the Wasp, expressed his excitement, stating, “Meagan has been my rock, and I am thrilled to embark on this next chapter with her.” Good, star of Harlem, added, “Jonathan’s unwavering support and love have been a blessing. We are excited for our future together.”

The couple, aged 43 and 35 respectively, began dating in May 2023, shortly after Majors faced legal troubles involving a domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend, Grace Jabbari. While maintaining his innocence, Majors was found guilty of misdemeanor assault and harassment in December, leading to a court-ordered counseling program and a fine in April, as reported by NBC News. Throughout these challenges, Good stood by Majors, attending multiple court appearances in New York City.

During a March interview with E! News, Good, who was previously married to DeVon Franklin, revealed that she believed Majors was “the one,” praising his style and character. Over the summer, she addressed public concerns about their relationship on the Today show, saying, “At the end of the day, I’m the one who has to live my life… I want to be responsible for the choices I make and live the life I want to live.”

She also highlighted the strength of their bond, sharing, “The support we’ve given each other, the pouring into each other, the honest conversations, the love, the respect, and the care have been truly wonderful.”
