Nigerian Police Officers to Start Wearing Body Cameras to Enhance Transparency and Accountability

Officers of the Nigerian Police Force will soon begin wearing body cameras, according to the Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO), Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who shared this in a recent interview.

Adejobi highlighted that the initiative is designed to build public trust and ensure precise documentation of law enforcement activities. The introduction of body cameras is anticipated to improve officer professionalism and provide dependable evidence for investigations and legal proceedings.
