The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has recently raided international call centers involved in investment scams.
The operations targeted centers linked to a network allegedly defrauding individuals across multiple countries. Authorities reported the arrest of 11 managers and employees, including J.D. Keselman, a dual Israeli-Ukrainian citizen identified as a key figure in the operation. An arrest warrant was also issued for D. Todua, an Israeli-Georgian citizen connected to the scams.
The call centers were accused of deceiving around 100,000 people from over 50 countries, generating daily profits of approximately $1 million.
