Actress Sarah Martins Accuses Estate Resident Of Assisting Housemaid’s Escape With $10,000

Nollywood actress Sarah Martins has accused a resident in her estate of helping her housemaid abscond with her belongings, including $10,000 in cash.

The actress shared her claims in a video posted on her Instagram page, where she showed the resident reviewing CCTV footage of the alleged incident. According to Martins, the man provided his access card to her housemaid, enabling her to leave the estate with the stolen items.

A review of the CCTV footage at the estate’s control room reportedly confirmed the resident’s involvement in aiding the housemaid’s escape.

Martins expressed her frustration, stating, “This estate resident used his access card to allow my housemaid to escape with my belongings and $10,000 in cash. The girl is nowhere to be found.”

The actress also revealed that her staff confirmed the man had been friendly with her housemaid for some time. She added, “I want to hold him accountable for the damages and use him as a scapegoat. Next time, he will know to stay away from people’s housemaids and focus on his wife and family.”

Martins has yet to confirm whether legal action will be taken against the accused resident.
