Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has celebrated the success of her movie Queen Lateefah on Instagram after it broke seven records.

She revealed that the film made records such as highest grossing Nollywood release for a non-festive period, highest opening weekend for a non-holiday season, seventh highest grossing film of all time, and highest grossing September release of all time.

She wrote, “Thank you to all the incredible Nigerians and Laterfanzz who made Queen Lateefah a massive success during its cinema run. Hitting 365.4 million at the box office and ranked as the seventh highest grossing Nollywood title of all time. This was all possible because of your unwavering support. Your love and dedication mean the world to us!”
