Young “Baby Driver” Actor, Joseph Meek, Dies in Tragic Accident

A promising young actor, Hudson Joseph Meek, tragically passed away at the age of 16. The incident occurred on the evening of December 19th in his hometown of Vestavia Hills, Alabama.

Meek, known for his role in the film “Baby Driver,” suffered fatal injuries after falling from a moving vehicle. Two days later, on December 21st, he peacefully passed away.

His mother, Lani Wells Meek, shared the heartbreaking news on Facebook, expressing the family’s profound grief. “Our hearts are broken to share that Hudson Meek went home to be with Jesus tonight,” she wrote. “His 16 years on this earth were far too short, but he accomplished so much and significantly impacted everyone he met.”
