To address the controversy surrounding the alleged missing N180m, VeryDarkMan went to Zenith Bank to obtain his bank statement. In a video shared from the bank, he showed off an Amper gift hamper he received from Zenith Bank for the festive season.

VeryDarkMan then delved into his bank statement for the NGO, which covered December 15th to 30th. Due to the lengthy 2,000-page document, he opted to share the e-bank statement instead. He revealed an opening balance of N239 million, with total debits of N39,000 and total credits of N1.9 million, resulting in a closing balance of N240 million.

The debits, he explained, were primarily electronic money transfer levies from the Federal Government of Nigeria. VeryDarkMan assured that there were no suspicious transactions and the account balance remained steady.

He announced plans to make the e-bank statement available, confirming that his account number remains unchanged. VeryDarkMan proudly touted his transparency and integrity, labeling himself Nigeria’s most patriotic citizen.

In the video, he criticized his detractors, calling them “mumu” for doubting his honesty. VeryDarkMan expressed trust in Zenith Bank, stating that his funds are secure with them.

The video has garnered mixed reactions, with some praising VeryDarkMan’s transparency and others questioning the bank statement’s authenticity. The N180m controversy persists, with many awaiting further clarification and evidence.
