Renowned Fuji musician Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has reportedly lost his ex-wife, Alhaja Hafsat Anifowoshe, at the age of 65. She passed away after battling an undisclosed illness, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy appreciated by her family and loved ones.
Her remains were laid to rest at the Abari Cemetery in Lagos.
In a statement of condolence, Olushoga Olushola, Chief Press Secretary to the LIELCDA chairman, described Alhaja Hafsat as a paragon of virtue.
“We know it hurts so deeply to lose a loving mother and dependable partner,” the statement read. “Take solace in the time your mother spent on earth and her good service to God and humanity.”
“Rest assured that our thoughts are with you, and our prayers are that you, the children, and all those she left behind will find the strength to continue where she stopped. May her soul find eternal rest,” he added.
