Speed Darlington Arraigned By Police, Bail Conditions Set

Speed Darlington, a well-known singer, has been arraigned by the Nigeria Police Force.

This was confirmed by human rights lawyer and activist Deji Adeyanju, who shared the update on X.

Adeyanju revealed that the court granted Speed Darlington’s bail application, and efforts are underway to meet the bail conditions.

The singer has been in police custody since November 2024 after allegedly violating a previous bail agreement. He is under investigation following a petition by fellow artist Burna Boy, who accused him of defamation. In a December video, Speed Darlington reportedly implied Burna Boy secured a Grammy award through questionable means involving Diddy.

Adeyanju stated, “BREAKING: Police finally arraigns Speed Darlington in court. Bail application moved and granted. We are trying to perfect same.”
