Pastor Kumuyi To Attend Trump’s Second Inauguration As US President

Pastor William Kumuyi, General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry (DCLM), has been invited as a guest to Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Reports confirm that the respected cleric will attend the event and take part in other key engagements.

He will join global leaders to witness Trump’s second and final inauguration as the U.S. President on January 20, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

“President Trump’s stand for the gospel is widely recognized, not just by American Christians but by believers globally,” Pastor Kumuyi stated.

He highlighted Trump’s initiatives during his first term, including hosting the first-ever meeting of foreign ministers dedicated to international religious freedom. He also praised Trump’s commitment to supporting Christian values and priorities.

While in the U.S., Kumuyi is scheduled to meet with members of Congress, American church leaders, and media representatives.

“This moment in history reminds us that faith transcends borders and unites believers worldwide,” he remarked. “As we gather in Washington, D.C., the global church stands together in prayer and purpose, advocating for faith-based dialogue to shape policies that uphold religious liberty and foster the growth of Christianity worldwide.”

Pastor Kumuyi, accompanied by his wife Esther, is already in the U.S. for the event. In a message earlier this year to his global church audience, he emphasized the need for a renewed mindset to enhance the spread of the gospel.

“We cannot continue to do things the same way and expect better results. We need to engage with key stakeholders to further the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” he said.
