Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi has been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award for August.
Awoniyi has so far enjoyed a brilliant start to the new season, scoring 3 goals and providing 1 assist in the opening 4 matches, to pick up from the good run of form he enjoyed at the end of last season.
Other nominees are Jarod Bowen (West Ham), James Maddison (Tottenham Hotspur), Rodri (Manchester City), Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford) and Kaoru Mitoma (Brighton and Hove Albion).
