Myles Lewis-Skelly (18) has had his three-match suspension overturned after Arsenal successfully appealed his red card during Saturday’s 1-0 win against Wolves at Molineux.

Referee Michael Oliver sent off Lewis-Skelly in the first half for a challenge on Wolves defender Matt Doherty, a decision supported by video assistant referee Darren England for serious foul play.

In a statement on Tuesday, the FA confirmed: “An independent regulatory commission has upheld a claim of wrongful dismissal in relation to Myles Lewis-Skelly and removed his three-match suspension. The Arsenal player was sent off for serious foul play during their Premier League fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, January 25, 2025.”

With the appeal upheld, Lewis-Skelly will now be available for Arsenal’s upcoming Premier League matches against Manchester City and Leicester, as well as the EFL Cup semi-final second leg at Newcastle.
