Renowned American rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West has made a surprising revelation, stating that he no longer listens to rap music.

According to West, the current rap scene lacks meaningful content, offering no valuable insights that could aid him in expanding his business empire.

Taking to his X handle, West expressed his disillusionment with the genre, confessing that he’s unfamiliar with most contemporary rappers.

He professed his admiration for Yuno Miles, citing the artist as a rare exception.

As a 47-year-old billionaire, West questioned the relevance of rap music to his life, asserting that it no longer provides him with useful information or financial benefits.

His bold declaration has sparked a heated debate within the music industry, with fans and fellow artists weighing in on West’s provocative statement.

“I’m a 47-year-old billionaire, why the f*ck would u listen to rap? There’s not one piece of information in rap that benefits my agendas or helps me get money.”

“I don’t listen to rap. I don’t know who the f*ck is rapping anymore. Yuno Miles is likely my favourite artist.
