Akwa Okukotiwaraki, a controversial native doctor known for his extravagant lifestyle and spiritual influence, has been arrested by the Anambra State vigilante group, Agunaechemba.

The high-profile arrest took place on Saturday, February 8, and was confirmed via a post on the Soludo TV Facebook page.

A video accompanying the announcement shows Akwa Okuko in detention, undergoing what some have described as an unusually comfortable interrogation.

Reports suggest his arrest is linked to allegations that he provided powerful charms to notorious kidnappers, many of whom operate under the guise of internet fraudsters while terrorizing Anambra State.

The video post included a caption stating that Akwa Okuko has denied involvement and remains in custody for further investigation.
