Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, Denies Allegations of Relationship with BBNaija’s Nengi

Governor Douye Diri of Bayelsa State has vehemently denied rumors of a romantic relationship with former Big Brother Naija contestant, Nengi. The governor’s spokesperson, Dr. Kola Oredipe, described the allegations as “baseless fabrications” orchestrated by Governor Diri’s political enemies.

According to Oredipe, Nengi herself has denied the rumors on social media, and Governor Diri is a man of honor and dignity who has been unfairly targeted.

The spokesperson expressed concern over the spread of false information on social media, highlighting the need for regulation to prevent such incidents.

The governor’s office emphasized that Governor Diri remains focused on delivering his Prosperity Administration’s agenda, including the recent inauguration of a new road in Yenagoa.

The office urged the public to disregard the false rumors and respect the governor’s reputation.
