The VeryDarkMan Initiative has embarked on an ambitious project to renovate public schools, beginning with Unijos village campus, with the goal of creating a conducive learning environment for students. The initiative seeks to address the challenges faced by public schools, particularly in rural areas, including outdated teaching methods, inadequate resources, and poor infrastructure.
To achieve this, the initiative proposes a multifaceted approach, including the employment of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members to teach alongside experienced educators, introducing interactive projectors, and incorporating drama classes to make learning more engaging.
While the initiative focuses on public schools in rural areas, the specific schools to be renovated have not been publicly disclosed. However, the project’s scope is broad, aiming to impact multiple schools and transform the educational landscape.
Music producer Don Jazzy has thrown his weight behind the initiative, donating ₦100 million to support the project. His donation is a testament to his belief in the initiative’s mission and his trust in its transparency.
