Nigerian Fashion Designer “KOIL” Achieves Guinness World Record For Longest Sewing Marathon

Nigerian tailor Oluwaseun Kuforiji has made history by setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest sewing marathon.

The record-breaking feat took place in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, from January 22 to 26, 2025, where Kuforiji sewed non-stop for an incredible 106 hours, 55 minutes, and 20 seconds, surpassing the previous record.

Announcing his achievement on Instagram, Kuforiji shared the exciting news with his followers.

His remarkable endurance and skill highlight the dedication of Nigerian artisans, earning him a well-deserved place in the Guinness World Records.
