Nollywood actress Ini Edo has broken her silence after facing criticism for attending a birthday party in Ghana just hours after her father’s burial in Akwa Ibom. The movie star’s attendance at Ghanaian businessman Richard Nii-Armah Quaye’s star-studded birthday party sparked outrage among some netizens, who felt she was being insensitive.

However, Ini Edo has now addressed her critics in a new Instagram post, sharing more photos from the birthday party and sending a clear message to her haters. She wrote:

“Quick work💕 In this life, I will always do me and that’s on God. Loving this look by @2207bytbally. To all my lovers and well wishers… Thank you 🙏 I love you all💕💝 we move 😜”

With this post, Ini Edo makes it clear that she won’t be swayed by criticism and will continue to live her life on her own terms.
