President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to depart Nigeria for Paris, France, today, Wednesday, for a brief working visit, beesreignmedia.com reports.

Tinubu’s spokesperson, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed this in a statement released in Abuja on Wednesday. The statement noted that during the visit, Tinubu will review his administration’s mid-term performance and evaluate key milestones.

Onanuga added that the president will also use the retreat to assess the progress of ongoing reforms and engage in strategic planning in preparation for his administration’s second anniversary. He emphasized that this period of reflection would help shape plans to strengthen current reforms and fast-track national development priorities for the coming year.

While in France, President Tinubu will remain actively engaged with his team and continue to oversee governance activities, ensuring that the country’s affairs are managed efficiently during his brief absence.

The statement also mentioned that he is expected to return to Nigeria in approximately two weeks.
