Nollywood actress Wunmi Toriola has made a candid and surprising revelation about her personal life, opening up about her unconventional relationship with her ex-husband during an appearance on the popular TV show Your View on TVC.

Toriola, who tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed her son Zion in 2019, confirmed their separation in early 2023 via a heartfelt Instagram post. Despite parting ways, the actress disclosed that they’ve maintained a healthy co-parenting relationship — one that she says still includes plans for expanding their family.

“For now, I don’t want to go into marriage. I don’t want to go into a relationship because I have plans to have more kids with my ex-husband,” she stated.

The revelation came as a shock to many fans, as Toriola made it clear that she is intentionally staying away from new relationships or marriage, choosing instead to focus on her bond with her ex and their shared parenting journey.

Her honesty not only reflects a modern and evolving view of family dynamics but also sparks conversations around love, separation, and choosing what works best for personal happiness.
