Actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has addressed criticism over her appearance at Obi Cubana’s 50th birthday, where fans pointed out a noticeable difference between her real-life look and the filtered videos she shared online.

The Nollywood star posted flawless, edited clips of herself from the event, but when Daddy Freeze shared an unfiltered video of her, some netizens were quick to shame her for the contrast.

In response, Nkechi shared a bold video message stating she has full control over how she presents herself on her own platform.

“How you see me on other people’s page is solely your business, your father’s business, your mother’s business, your whole generation’s business. You see, on my own page, I will post how I want you to see me. And another thing, you see my filter, I will never stop using it.”

She went on to warn critics that anyone who disrespects her for using filters will be blocked without hesitation.

“I will block anyone who tries to be disrespectful.”

The actress has remained unapologetic, maintaining her right to curate her online presence as she sees fit.
