Former Big Brother Naija star and media personality Tacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has stirred a wave of reactions online after unveiling her recent cosmetic procedures — including lip fillers and Botox injections — in a video shared on social media.

Now residing in London, Tacha documented her visit to a cosmetic clinic where a medical professional was seen administering injections to her lips, cheeks, and forehead. She explained the procedures were part of her quest for a more polished, “Barbie” aesthetic.

“My face is still swollen. It’s going to settle down soon,” Tacha clarified after the session, assuring fans that the look was temporary and part of the healing process.

The video, which has since gone viral, sparked mixed reactions online. While some fans applauded her transparency and confidence, others questioned the necessity of the procedures. This comes shortly after Tacha’s viral rant about being “snubbed” by Nigerians in the UK, adding to the buzz surrounding her public image abroad.
