The Lagos State Police Command on Friday held a Press conference to give updates on the investigation into the death of artiste Mohbad. During the press conference, the injections from an auxiliary nurse was identified as the direct cause of Mohbad‘s death.

Here are some key takeaways from the press conference:

1. Ibrahim Oluwatosin Owodunni aka Prime Boy had a physical fight with Mohbad which led to injuries on the body of the late artiste. According to the Police, the management of the wounds subsequently led to the death of Mohbad.

2. The Police confirmed that there were enough evidence to prove that Naira Marley and Sam Larry to the allegations of threat to life and cyber stalking committed against Mohbad in his life time.

3. Five suspects have so far been identified, arrested, detained, and interrogated on their alleged roles in the sequence of events that led to the death of Mohbad. These include Ayobami Sadiq aka Spending who was said to have invited the auxiliary nurse and is “suspected of conspiracy to commit a felony”.
