Supreme Court fixes October 26 for Judgement in Obi, Atiku Petitions

The Supreme Court has fixed judgment for Thursday, October 26, in the petitions filed by of the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi; and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the election victory of President Bola Tinubu.

The judgement date was confirmed by all parties involved.

Recall that the PDP presidential candidate and his Labour Party counterpart lodged appeals at the Supreme Court to challenge the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal which upheld Tinubu’s electoral victory
