Musician and record label owner Naira Marley and socialite Sam Larry have been reportedly granted bail from Police custody, where they were detained over the death of artiste Mohbad.
The magistrate who granted them bail, however gave a number of stipulations which must be met.
They include that Naira Marley and Sam Larry will provide three sureties who will provide 20 million naira each.
Among the conditions of their bail, the court mandated that they surrender their international passports and regularly appear at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
The magistrate also warned against any attempts to directly contact her, saying that such actions would be documented and could potentially be disclosed during open court proceedings.
