Ondo state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, is dead.

Rotimi Akeredolu died in Lagos on Wednesday, December 27, at the age of 67.

He has for a long time battled with illness, which has seen him flown abroad for medical treatment and returned to Nigeria.

However, despite his several medical trips and treatments, he was still bedridden for a long time, which has seen him stay out of Ondo State for over 6 months.
