The Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC) has clarified that it is yet to increase the price of Petrol.

In recent days, news of an impending increase in the price of Petrol to N1,200 per liter had flooded the media space.

However, NNPC spokesman Olufemi Soneye in a statement, asked Nigerians to “disregard unfounded rumours and assures them that there are no plans for an upward review of the PMS price”.
