Today’s online revelation of the festival lineup on Monday, January 22, 2024, promises an exhilarating experience with chart-topping hits and dynamic performances from renowned artists.

Notably, Nicki Minaj‘s inaugural performance at Afro Nation Portugal stands out, marking a significant moment for both the accomplished rapper and the event.

With an illustrious career that has significantly influenced the landscape of US rap and hip-hop since her debut album Pink Friday, Minaj boasts a multitude of accolades, including nine American Music Awards and twelve BET Awards. She is recognized as the first woman to achieve 100 entries on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Asake, who secured the Male MVP award at the Soundcity MVP Awards in February 2023, continued his winning streak by clinching the Best African Artist of the Year at the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in May.

He also received the 2023 Headies Next Rated award and Album of the Year for “Mr. Money With The Vibe.” His Spotify dominance is evident, with three of his tracks, including the hit single ‘Lonely at the Top,’ ranking among the top 10 most-streamed songs in Nigeria.

Rema, a nominee in multiple categories at the iHeart Radio Awards, earned five nominations, showcasing his outstanding achievements. Nods include Song of the Year, Best Collaboration, Best New Artist (Pop), Best African Music Artist, and the new category Pop Song of the Year.

Sharing the stage with Minaj, Asake, and Rema are international sensations Dadju and Tayc, along with Odumodublvck, Tyla, Flavour, Seyi Vibez, Omah Lay, Focalistic, Diamond Platnumz, and many more.
