Former Big Brother Naija reality show contestant, Victoria Adeyele, popularly known as Vee, recently shared the story behind her decision to relax her long natural hair, leaving many of her fans in awe of its length.

In a video posted on her Instagram page, Vee recounted how she endured a rainstorm on her birthday while wearing a wig. This experience prompted her to reconsider her hairstyle choices and embrace her natural hair.

Acknowledging the challenges of maintaining natural hair, especially in difficult situations, Vee explained that she couldn’t afford to deal with both the toughness of Nigerian circumstances and the demands of her hair. Consequently, she made the decision to relax her hair at a salon, a choice she has stuck with for over a year now.

For Vee, hair is just hair, and she emphasized that no one should feel pressured to conform to certain standards, especially when it comes to hair choices.
