Man arrested for attempted intrusion to Drake’s mansion

An intruder was apprehended in Toronto on Wednesday after allegedly attempting to gain access to Drake’s mansion.

The incident occurred just one day after a security guard was shot outside the same residence.

According to a police spokesperson, “Officers were called after a person attempted to gain access to the property,” and the individual was apprehended under the Mental Health Act.

No further details about the suspect were made available.

The shooting occurred at Bayview Avenue and Lawrence Avenue in the city’s Bridle Path district, leaving one man with serious injuries that required treatment at nearby Sunnybrook Hospital.
