Burnaboy clarifies why he has no child yet

Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian musician, has clarified his stance on having children.

In a recent statement on his Instagram live, he said, “I can’t have kids because I won’t be there for them, unlike the way my parents are there for me.”

Using his parents as an example of a loving parent to their children, he does not have the time on his hands to be there for his kids.

Burna Boy also addressed rumors circulating about his ability to have children, stating, “Rumors that I’m unable to have kids are untrue. And even if it were true, science is there to intervene.

We have options like adoption, surrogacy, and other assisted reproductive technologies. So, that’s not a concern for me.”

In essence, Burna Boy is prioritizing his ability to be a present and involved parent over having biological children.

He values the support and presence of his own parents in his life and wants to offer the same to his future children, if and when he decides to become a father.
