Former YouTube CEO, Susan Wojcicki, dies from cancer

Susan Wojcicki, the former CEO of YouTube, has passed away at the age of 56, after a two-year battle with cancer.

Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai expressed his deep sadness and paid tribute to her significant contributions to Google’s history, describing her as an incredible person, leader, and friend.

Her husband, Dennis Troper, also shared a heartfelt message on Facebook, remembering her as a brilliant mind, loving mother, and dear friend.

Wojcicki had a remarkable career, joining Google in 1999 and leading YouTube from 2014 to 2023. Her legacy and impact will be deeply missed.
