The Actors’ Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has suspended Halima Abubakar indefinitely pending a disciplinary review.

An investigation allegedly linked Abubakar to online posts spreading harmful information about Guild members, associates, and patrons, including claims of extramarital affairs.

As a result, Abubakar will face a disciplinary panel to determine further action. During this period, she is prohibited from participating in film projects.

The AGN’s decision seeks to uphold professional standards and safeguard members’ interests.
