Toyin Abraham has addressed claims of unpaid debt made by a fashion designer on social media. The designer alleged Abraham and Annie Idibia owed millions for over a year.

Abraham clarified the situation on Instagram, explaining that her team borrowed dresses from Tiannah for her movie Malaika’s runway scene.

A team member introduced another designer, from whom Abraham bought a hairpiece and paid in full. The borrowed dresses were returned to the team member, Gabriel.

After learning of the accusations, Abraham contacted Gabriel, who confirmed that he had informed the designer the dresses had been returned and were subsequently borrowed by someone else, making the situation no longer Abraham’s responsibility.

Abraham attributed the issue to miscommunication, not intentional negligence.
