Adeolu Adeboye, son of Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has been accused of abandoning a road construction project in Kaduna State after receiving over N8 billion from the state government.

The project, awarded to his company Ronchess Global Resources Plc, was only 30% complete despite the payment.

Adeolu has filed a suit to stop the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Kaduna State Government from investigating him.

The EFCC has countered, stating that they have found evidence of fraud and criminal diversion of public funds against Adeolu and 26 other contractors.

The court has granted an interim order restraining the EFCC and Kaduna State Government from taking further steps against Adeolu pending the hearing of his motion for interlocutory injunction.
