AFRIMA President Mike Dada Loses Wife, Modupe Temitope Dada

Mike Dada, President of the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA), is mourning the loss of his beloved wife, Modupe Temitope Dada, who passed away on October 19, 2024, at the age of 48.

Modupe succumbed to a brief illness at Dutchess International Hospital in Lagos.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Mike Dada announced the sad news, remembering his wife as a devoted partner, mother, and champion of Africa. He expressed gratitude for her love, compassion, and dedication to family and continent.

The Dada family has requested prayers and support during this challenging time, acknowledging the immense void left by Modupe’s passing.
