Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has denied report that he would soon return to Germany for medical vacation.
Akeredolu stated that his safe return from medical vacation caused the embattled politicians “sleepless nights and gnashing their teeth in regrets of their failed evil plans.”
Speaking through his chief press secretary, Richard Olatunde, Governor Akeredolu, said his administration was committed to addressing genuine concerns of the people of the state.
This comes after several groups, politicians and opposition parties have in recent times protested against the continued absence of the Governor from the state, since his arrival from medical treatment in Germany.
Since coming back from Germany 38 days ago, Akeredolu has remained in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital, and is yet to step his foot in Ondo state-where he was elected governor.
