Renowned attorney Marc Agnifilo has addressed recent developments in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal case. A March raid on Combs’ Beverly Hills residence uncovered 1,000 bottles of baby oil, sparking speculation.
Agnifilo offered context in the TMZ Studios documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment.” He attributed the large quantity of baby oil to Combs’ preference for bulk shopping, citing multiple homes and proximity to wholesale retailers.
Regarding “Freak Offs,” Agnifilo clarified they were intimate gatherings, contradicting federal claims of large-scale orgies.
Combs faces federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty and was denied bail. The 14-page indictment alleges exploitation, threats, and abuse.
Prosecutors argued for Combs’ continued custody, while his defense proposed a $50 million bond with home detention and electronic monitoring.
Agnifilo expressed disappointment and criticism toward the US Attorney’s Office, calling the prosecution unjust.
