Following Speed Darlington’s recent arrest, his lawyer has shared sage advice with Nigerians, emphasizing the importance of avoiding trouble.

The lawyer’s message comes after Speed Darlington’s contentious comments about Burna Boy’s rise to international fame, which led to his arrest.

“Try to avoid troubles… it isn’t worth it,” the lawyer urged. “All the ‘I’ll call my lawyer’ bragging is nothing. Lawyers can only do their best and leave you alone.”

The lawyer cautioned that unnecessary bravado (or “gra gra”) often stems from inexperience with formidable opponents. “Some trouble will humble you for life,” he warned.

Sharing personal experience, the lawyer revealed that he has seen individuals lose everything fighting a court case.

The lawyer’s words serve as a reminder to approach conflicts with caution and humility, recognizing the potential consequences of unnecessary trouble.

Speed Darlington’s arrest and subsequent counsel from his lawyer offer a timely lesson in the importance of discretion and prudent decision-making.
