Barcelona delivered a commanding performance, defeating Young Boys 5-0 in their Champions League clash. Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring in the 8th minute, converting Raphinha’s pinpoint cross.

Raphinha then netted the rebound from Pedri’s blocked shot, doubling the hosts’ advantage.

Inigo Martinez added a third goal, powerfully heading Pedri’s free-kick past the Young Boys goalkeeper.

Lewandowski scored his second in the 51st minute, poking home Martinez’s header. Mohamed Ali Camara’s 81st-minute own goal sealed the win for Barcelona.

Young Boys’ best chance came when Joel Monteiro’s strike hit the crossbar, but their misery was compounded when Monteiro’s stoppage-time goal was ruled out for offside.

The Swiss champions remain winless after losing 3-0 to Aston Villa in their opener.
