An investigative panel has dismissed allegations that Bobrisky did not serve his six-month prison sentence in a custodial center

Uju Agomoh, Executive Director of Prisoners’ Rehabilitation and Welfare Action (PRAWA) and a panel member, confirmed that “the panel found no evidence suggesting Mr. Okuneye slept outside the custodial center during his imprisonment.”

Bobrisky served his sentence from April 12 to August 5, 2024, with the usual remission applicable to such cases.

While the panel cleared him of the allegations, they did acknowledge that he received certain privileges during his incarceration.
