Controversial crossdresser Bobrisky has reportedly been rearrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) shortly after his recent release from detention.

We report that Bobrisky was initially detained by the Nigerian Immigration Service over allegations of attempting to leave Nigeria to evade bribery investigations.

Earlier this week, after being released, Bobrisky shared a new look on Instagram with a bold statement. However, in a recent series of Instagram posts, he claimed that he had been rearrested by the EFCC at the airport.

The self-proclaimed ‘Mummy of Lagos’ alleged that he sustained injuries during the arrest and shared a video to support his claims.

“Nigerians, help me! EFCC has just arrested me. I’m badly injured,” read his post.
