Brain Jotter denies making profit from Mike Ejeagha’s trending song

Comedian Brain Jotter has addressed concerns regarding his use of Mike Ejeagha’s 1983 song “Gwo Gwo Gwo Ngwo” in a recent dancing challenge.

Some individuals had expressed worries that Brain Jotter was profiting from the song without properly compensating the original artist.

In response, Brain Jotter explained that he is not financially benefiting from the challenge.

He clarified that social media platforms have mechanisms in place to detect copyright violations and automatically direct revenue to the rightful owner.

Brain Jotter also shared a video of his visit with Mike Ejeagha, highlighting his respect for the original artist and his work.
